4. Quotations & Pricing

- Final pricing will be confirmed through an official quotation, Proforma Invoice (PI), or Sales Agreement.

6. Samples
- Sample charges may apply depending on the product and customization requirements.
- Shipping costs for samples are generally borne by the customer.

- Production begins only after sample approval by the customer.

8. Orders & Production
An order shall be considered confirmed only after:
- Written approval from the customer;
- Agreement on product specifications;
- Receipt of required advance payment (if applicable).
Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control including raw material availability, customs procedures, logistics disruptions, weather events, labor shortages, or force majeure situations.
9. Payment Terms
Payment terms may vary depending on the order.
Common payment methods include:
- Bank Wire Transfer (T/T)
- Letter of Credit (L/C)
- Alibaba Trade Assurance
- Other mutually agreed methods
Production may not commence until the agreed advance payment has been received.
Outstanding balances must be cleared before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping terms may include:
- EXW
- FOB
- CFR
- CIF
- DDP (where applicable)
Risk of loss transfers according to the agreed Incoterms.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
EspectOne shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, port congestion, strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
11. Customs Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for complying with import regulations in their respective countries.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or clearance charges imposed by destination countries shall be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Inspection & Claims
Customers are encouraged to inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
Any claims regarding shortages, defects, or discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
13. Returns & Refunds
As most products are custom-manufactured, customized goods are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns may only be accepted if:
- The goods significantly differ from approved specifications;
- Manufacturing defects are verified by EspectOne.
Approved returns must receive prior written authorization.
14. Intellectual Property
All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to:

- Product Images

- Graphics
- Catalogs
- Designs
- Branding Materials
remain the exclusive property of EspectOne unless otherwise stated.
