we prioritize your trade security with our partner suppliers through our Refund Policy , a component of our Secure Trade Agreement (STA). Under this policy, you can claim a refund if your order hasn’t been shipped, if products are missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect. Additionally, you have up to 30 days to apply for a refund, Ensuring your confidence throughout the transaction.

Max 30-Refunds

You have the option to request refunds within either 30  days from the date of delivery , If you Apply after 30 Your Request got Reject

Instant Refunds

If you cancel your order within 2 hours of payment and it hasn’t been shipped, you’re eligible for a full and immediate refund.

Help from STA

If any issues arise with your refund, we’ll step in to facilitate with ( Customer Point Service ) by submit a case and ensure you receive your money back.

How to apply for refund

Appy for refund if order does not meet with STA aggreement

Go to My Account Panel > Navigate the ( Trade ) Tab > Select Apply for Refund

Next Track your status from My Refund Request

Go to My Account Panel > Navigate the My Refund Requests > On Detail Page Check the Status

Submit Case to EspectOne.com

If Supplier is not responding or If reaching an agreement proves challenging. Come to EspectOne.com Go to My Account > Navigate Trade Tab > Select Customer Point > Then Submit a Case

You Get Refunded

EspectOne.com Review your Case and after Case is Processed you get Money Back in Your Bank Account .
